At W3schools we currently work with the following technologies:

Frontend: React

Backend: Serverless architecture using AWS Lambdas (Python/Typescript) and Azure Functions (Typescript) with NOSQL databases like AWS DynamoDB and Azure CosmosDB. Infrastructure as code.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field

• Team player, experienced working with agile development

• 5+ years experience with software development, writing clean code, unit tests, documentation and doing code reviews

• Solid problem solving and communication skills

• Is passionate about creating great user experiences

• Able to take ownership of tasks from design stage to production

• Experience with modern frontend JS frameworks and libraries such as React or Vue

• Experience with Python and/or Node.js

• Experience with both NOSQL and relational databases

• Experience with RESTful APIs

• Knowledge and experience working with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft (Azure)
