We are looking for farm workers / market gardeners with or without experience to join a renegerative farm project run under permaculture and no-dig .

Our goal will be to productively grow all food that a small group of local families (800?) needs in 10.5 ha, funding it first with a market garden and chicken eggs. The area is meant to be used daily by local residents, like a park or local garden so out effort includes wood benches, farm tours, farm dinners, strawberry picking, a local farmers market etc. a big effort will go into a food forest.

It's a plus if you have..

• driver's license

• experience in farming

• experience in chickens / animal husbandry

• experience in carpentry or other side skills
