We are building the most convenient, transparent and easy way to buy or lease an electrified vehicle online. Our aim is to turn one of life’s potentially biggest financial decisions - getting a car - into something truly enjoyable, and at the same time help consumers make more sustainable choices. Carla was founded in 2020 in Stockholm, with strong VC backing. We are now in an exciting growth phase looking for a Product Manager - Order management.

The role

Knowing what car to get and how to get it is complicated, but going from decision to having made a purchase should be as easy as ordering anything else online. Your responsibility will be to lead the full life cycle for Order management products. You will start by defining a vision and strategy, and then lead a cross functional team to define the right thing to build - from design to implementation. The products you build should allow a convenient and transparent customer experience, as well as provide our operations team with tools to track and manage the buying/order process. The solutions you build will communicate with both internal and external systems/tools, from payments solutions to contract management tools.

You will report to our Head of Product, but with the aim to lead a highly self sustainable cross-functional team.

Your profile

We are big fans of diversity of all kinds, and value personal traits more than resumes. We do however think that you check a few boxes:

• 3-5 years experience within Product Management roles, or working in/with Product teams

• Good technical skills

• Experience from payments or e-commerce is highly desirable

• A self starter who thrives in cross-functional teams
