Our guiding North Star at Veri is to spread happiness through better metabolic health. By helping people feel better in their skin by way of nutrition, we believe we can have a huge impact on the happiness of the world.
We're a little over a year into our mission and have already helped 1,000+ people better understand how the foods they're eating are impacting how they feel and perform. We've successfully built a killer product and a stellar team but need help getting the word out. We're now searching for a seasoned Head of Growth to lead our growing performance marketing team to help us reach and help the next 1,000,000 Veri members.
As our Head of Growth, you'd be a marketing pioneer, not afraid to break the standard convention and do things differently. You'd be willing to ditch the tried and true marketing channels of today for more experimental and creative avenues of tomorrow. You'd work closely with Kasimir (Growth Marketer), Anttoni (CEO), and Verneri (CPO) to build out our processes for growth across marketing, customer love, and product.
Reaching the next 1M will be extremely difficult. To disrupt and improve the way we as a society do healthcare, we'll have to innovate not only technologically but culturally as well.

Leading Veri's performance marketing team
Forecasting, tracking, and owning revenue figures
Experimenting and improving upon Veri's channel strategy
Working closely with marketing and product teams
3-5 years experience growing a previous VC backed startup
Demonstrated leadership ability
Willingness to get "in the weeds" and get any marketing task done
Strong ability to navigate marketing metrics and data
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.

Process
Intro chat with Verneri (30 minutes)
You'll first talk with Anttoni on a 30-minute call; you won't need to prepare anything in advance. We would love to hear your story, where you're aiming to go, and understand if we can be helpful in that journey. In exchange, we'll share how we came to be, and who we are. We can talk over Zoom or grab a coffee somewhere near the California Bay Area.
Chat with a future teammate (30-45 minutes)
The purpose is to give you a thorough overview of our current marketing efforts. You'll get to ask questions and we'd also love to hear about your sweet spot and interests within the areas we are working on.
Task + Demo (3 hours + 45 minutes)
We'll provide a task/case study to assess your craftmanship and problem-solving approach. After finishing the task you'll demo it to a representative of each team.
Meeting the Crew (30 minutes)
Finally, we'll get one person from every team to one (virtual) room to touch base one last time before making a final decision. Usually these discussion are more casual and getting a feel of how working together would feel like in the future.
