Do you believe in changing the health-care system from focusing on symptoms to addressing the root-cause? Do you have experience or the dream of joining the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup? As an Executive Assistant (EA) for the co-founder team in Welldium you will gain first-hand insight on what it takes to run a successful startup.

Welldium is a venture-backed HealthTech startup on a mission to support the shift in the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes. We help functional medicine practitioners with supplying their patients with high-quality supplements in a more convenient way and break through the non-transparent and fragmented dietary supplement industry.

We are a growing team based in Copenhagen and the Netherlands, and we are looking for an EA intern to support our growth journey. 

The job

You will work directly with our CEO, Luisa and the co-founder team and be the meeting point between internal and external stakeholders in our business.  Your tasks would include, among other things:

• Help prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and operational reporting

• Perform analysis to support operations and sales team

• Manage, initiate and evaluate strategic projects

• Ad hoc tasks regarding payroll, invoices and supporting our external accounting partners

• Prepare internal and external communications - e.g. presentations, press releases, investor updates

We are looking for someone who

• Is in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or their master’s degree in business studies

• Gets energy from working with varied tasks and can work independently

• Preferably with previous experience from working in a startup and/or similar positions

• Has a track record of high performance –academic and/or from previous work

• Is ambitious, has a strong inner motivation and a positive mindset, with proven ability to work in a structured way with priorities

• Has a can-do attitude - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and has the ability to get through them both

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. A plus if you speak Dutch but not a requirement

The practical details

Welldium was started and funded by Venture Studio, KRING. That means we are working at the KRING co-working space in Østerbro.
