This role is Key for Speqta and a part of the management team. Given the strategy and journey set out, the Head of People will have a vital role to play in multiple important areas of responsibility. We believe that a strong People Operations generalist will be able to enjoy and perform well in this role.
Supporting the C-Level with People matters, operational & strategic
Systematic strategic work with culture and employer branding. There is the embryo of a defined culture, and this person need to live and breathe this to truly get it right
OKRs & performance/development talks, the organisation is well underway with working on OKRs and this person will be the leading manager over this
Recruitment, there is a solid proven recruitment process backed with appropriate systems in place
Hands-on making Speqta a remarkable place to work, with the human touch of seasonal events for our people, organising parties, team outings and gifts
Comp & Ben, working actively with yearly reviews, balancing commissions, salaries, bonuses and other benefits
Administration, at least initially this person will do contracts, offers & other administration around people (excl. payment of salaries, done by finance)
Diverse role, this role is diverse and needs a generalist angle, you'll work with all aspects of the full People Ops cycle for a noted company
Diverse business areas, the areas of business within the group ranges from launching a brand new SaaS to operating Sweden’s largest wine club as well as putting out new comparison sites in a rapid fashion, all of them with their own business logic
Continuous growth, we're steadily growing and need to manage all aspects of this
Acquisitions, we are are driving a strategy of both organic growth and acquisitions, and bringing the new companies together in the best way is important
A strong People Operations generalist, you should have done all or most of the above in some capacity, although you’re not specialised in all of it
Pragmatic attitude, prestigeless in getting things done
Capable high output capacity both at strategic level and as an individual contributor
Enjoys a mixed day with diverse topics of conversation and all levels of topics to resolve
Has seen high quality contexts from the inside and understand growing tech companies
You probably have a degree in HR/People Ops or Organizational Management
