We are looking for Product Managers to join our team at Curb. As one of the early members of our product team, you will explore and deliver product experiences and features that improve Curb’s product-market fit in various locations and regions in Europe as we aim for exponential growth.

This role is a unique opportunity to learn at a high pace and greatly impact Curb’s mission while growing to become a highly skilled product leader.

Your role and impact. You will help set and execute Curb’s strategy by building a roadmap, setting goals, and launching key features that our kitchen or end customers need and want.

Product managers set the vision for our products to add value to the daily lives of our customers. We are responsible for guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal: shape and ship great products and features that people use.

As advocates for both our customers and our business, you enjoy syncing people by balancing diverse perspectives and empowering teams to do great work

•  You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship impactful, critical products. 

• You will be responsible for ensuring that every step of creating food from the modern kitchen to the customer is a delightful experience.

• You’re interested in disrupting the food industry with a growth mindset

• You have several years of experience with agile product development, ideally with software for small businesses or consumer marketplace products

• You can get teams to dream big, align on a commonly agreed vision, and visualize a clear detailed path to get there

• You handle ambiguity and complexity in a detailed, organized way

• You have a nose for great products (not just ok products)

• You do whatever it takes to make your product and team succeed

• Beyond launching products, you obsess over continuous product improvement

• You eat analytics for breakfast (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Mode)

• You have a good technical understanding and you can help your team prioritize technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs, and new features
