Front-end developer at Acty

Want to be a part of changing sustainable investments? Acty is looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our Stockholm or Gothenburg team! 

Acty is on a mission to change how investments contribute to sustainable change. Our main product is a web-based platform built to help investors to engage with their portfolio companies and drive them towards a more sustainable business. Our clients are mainly based in the Nordics and UK. Our vision is to set the global standard for active ownership.

Our stack consists of Laravel, Vue.js, Tailwind.css, and Inertia. We also have a few microservices running other technologies like Python and React.

Your mission at Acty

Your mission at Acty will be to make sure that we have the best possible platform to help us succeed in being the market-leading place for active ownership. You will do this by developing our platform in Vue.js and writing E2E-tests with Cypress. You will also be doing a lot of creative work planning features and coming with input on our products. 

Who do we think you are?

You are an open-minded problem solver with a passion for startups. You have been in the frontend game for a couple of years, maybe even as a full-stack developer. You have been using React, vue.js during these years and you prefer it over jQuery. You have experience in writing scalable code. 

Bonus if you have experience with anything else related to our product.

Maybe worked with ESG related projects before? Know all the SDGs inside and out. Laravel might be your preferred framework if you ever got back-end feelings. Wrote a quick react native app just for fun? 

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English skills are required

• 2+ years of experience with React and/or vue.js, and any JavaScript testing framework

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript

Who are we?

We are a smaller team consisting of four individuals with origins from Sweden’s west coast. Half of the team is based in Stockholm, and the other half is in Gothenburg. We love spending our free time golfing, skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, gaming, tennis, and having fika in the sun. We have a strong passion for growing Acty into the standard solution for institutional investors.
