Hi, we are ihopa, a Stockholm-based startup changing the way how people consume into a more circular and sustainable way. We are currently looking for someone who wants to build the right communication and brand with us.

Are you someone that is self-driven and wants to be part of a great journey? Then this ad is for you. We are a modern startup and normally do not limit our team to only Swedes. However, in this role as a marketer with our current Swedish focus we need someone at a Swedish native level.

  Who are we and what can we offer?

ihopa is on a mission to make sustainable consumption also the better alternative. We put sharing boxes in neighborhoods and let people subscribe to access amazing products. So, in the future, nobody needs to buy things anymore that most of the time would lie unused on a shelf. Everyone can subscribe to access and use the products whenever needed. Smart and sustainable. As a startup, we can offer a very exciting journey and great potential to grow with the company. You will immediately get a lot of responsibility and you will be included in the core team.

What do we need your help with?

We are growing our business in a rapid speed and need someone who can drive the daily marketing operations. This includes:

- Channel management: Paid marketing, social media, …

- Content management: Creation, coordination of creators, some copywriting,...

- Outreach: PR, influencers, …

In short, we need someone who can coordinate everything we do and want to try to get more people to hear about our amazing product.

Who are we looking for?

We are happy for you to grow into the role. However, we do not really have the time to train you up from zero. Therefore, we would like you to bring some experience and skills:

- Some working experience or practical execution experience

- Knowledge of the basic tooling: Fb

-business manager, GA analytics, Google ads, …

- Native level in Swedish, fluent in English

- An eye for design

- Content production skills (e.g. editing photos & videos) is an advantage

The most important “skill” we need you to have is a self-driven approach. You should be a person who can run with tasks and find help if needed.

We are looking for someone who preferably can join soon. We also consider part-time setups.
