UpFood is a Danish food tech startup with aim of fighting global food waste and hunger. UpFood upcycles surplus fresh food at farms and side-streams of food industry into different food ingredients. We envision a successful business with huge impact in the world.

Your responsibilities:

·        Publish content, primarily on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin etc.) with the purpose of storytelling, educating and engaging the community about our brand and products

·        Plan, create, and schedule weekly social media posts and newsletters

·        Track and research trends in Food waste, Sustainability and Food Security

·        Capture photos or include visual aids that help the community engage with our work

·        Shape & develop our Social Media voice.

Who you are:

·        You are passionate about innovation in the food industry

·        Skilled use and understanding of social media platforms

·        Strong writing and editing skills

·        A motivated self-starter ability to work independently and also in a team.

·        Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

·        Background in communications, journalism, marketing, non-profit administration, or similar

·        You are driven by making a difference in the world

·        Fluent in English

·        Proficiency in Danish or Swedish are a plus

·        You can dedicate a minimum of 14 work hours equivalent per week
