Then this is a good opportunity for you! At Dental Media we are growing and want to expand our team with Finnish colleges helping dentists in booking appointments for their patients. The position is suitable for you who are studying or/and would like to work a little extra when needed.

Your work assignments

Your duties will mainly consist of contacting persons who have shown interest in receiving a dental examination. Through dialogue you will provide information about the the dental clinic’s offer and other relevant information. You will be booking appointments' according to the patients' needs in the clinic's own systems. In order to fit into the role, it is important that you have a strong customer focus with a constant drive to find solutions which suits both patient and clinic.

The ideal candidate

• Speaks fluent Finnish and English. If you know any additional language (e.g. any Scandinavian language), that's a plus.

• Has good communication skills and enjoys talking to new people.

• Has experience in a service profession; customer service, sales or the like.

• Carries out work with due care.

• Has good problem-solving skills.

• Works in a structured manner with good computer skills (PC).

• Nice to have: If you have good writing skills, you are welcome to help with written translations (English – Finnish).

Dental Media is the dentist's digital partner. We help dentists throughout the Nordic countries and other parts of the world with marketing, growth, operations and optimization.

Our office is located on the creative and ever-growing peninsula Refshaleøen in Copenhagen, right next to Mikkeller's Barrel-room and Reffen. It is cycling distance to central Copenhagen but there is also a large parking lot outside our office and the bus constantly runs here.
