Now, we are actively looking for a Talent Recruiter to identify and interview amazing student candidates across Europe and convince the best ones to join our remote software development and data science programs.

As a Talent Recruiter, you'll be:

Taking ownership of the student recruitment & admission process in Finland as well as Europe and ensuring the annual recruitment goals are met. This will include:

• Prospecting, qualifying candidates, and booking interviews

• Conducting candidate interviews for local and International Academy programs

• Selecting high-quality students for the programs and managing their contract-signing process

• Convincing candidates on the benefits of joining Integrify’s courses and answering their questions during the admissions process

• Working with the Operations Team and Teachers to ensure the selected students are happy and complete the course

• Actively developing and automating Integrify’s Talent Recruitment process to identify and convince a continuously growing number of incoming students

• You enjoy talking to people, are able to identify raw potential and talent, and understand different career paths 

• You absolutely love to work with people yet you are not afraid to open a spreadsheet and analyze hundreds of candidates

• You are passionate about working with international talent while promoting diversity and enabling social integration. Simply put, you are excited to see the immediate social impact of your work!

• You have 1-5 years of experience working in HR, Talent Acquisition, Community Management, Marketing, or other similar areas. 

• You are easy to adapt and willing to wear different hats and take new initiatives to deliver crazy-good results on multiple tasks at the same time. In other words, you are able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

• You have a growth mindset and a natural problem-solving ability with a bias towards action and find rapid growth and new responsibilities fulfilling and motivating

• You are curious about vibrant start-up environments and disruptive technologies

• You have excellent relationship-building and cross-functional communication skills. You must be fluent in spoken and written English (Finnish is NOT required)
