Relion is Denmark's only 5-star employee scheduling system and the success in Denmark means that it is now time to expand the business to Norway.
In order to expand successfully we are looking for a talented business developer who can take on the role as country manager for Norway.
Your work tasks will be very varied, but will include:
Business development in the Norwegian market.
Establish collaborations with integration partners.
Create relationships with key customers.
Introduction and support for customers.
Translations for product, website etc.
Press contact with focus on press releases.
You will work closely with Kristian Emil Larsen and Don Kronmarker, who is responsible for all the above tasks in the Danish and Swedish market. They will ensure that you are dressed for all the tasks and even help you develop the necessary skills to be successful in the role. However, we expect you to be able to say yes to the following in advance:
I speak and write fluent Norwegian.
I want to give every costumer a great experience.
I am dedicated and get things done.
We expect you to be able to work at least 15-20 hours a week but we are also prepared to offer a full time position if you are interested.
You will have the opportunity to establish a office in Norway or you can work remotely. Our offices in Malmö (Sweden) and Aarhus (Denmark) will also be available for you to work from.

First of all, Relion automatically match your employee’s availability with the open shifts in your schedule, so that you can easily make a well-functioning shift plan within minutes.
In addition, you can record your employees' actual meeting times with a GPS-based punch-clock that uses GEO-location technology to make time tracking simple yet reliable.
Unpaid breaks and salary supplements are also taken into account in your time registration, so you are always be prepared handle payroll without errors. For this, of course, Relion also integrates with market-leading payroll systems.

We are currently 8 people. We have offices in both Aarhus and Malmö and are supported by investors and serial entrepreneurs Werner Valeur and Thomas Riisgaard.
