What we're looking for

We are looking for a Content Manager for our startup building a learning platform for professionals, we have our app up and running and are onboarding our first customers but we want to build our online presence and increase our success with companies. We are a small team so you will get ownership and responsibility from day one. You will work closely with our CEO, Innocent, and COO, Steph, and get constant guidance and support from them. We expect you to enjoy being in a fast-paced environment and take your own initiative to come back with some creative solutions.

This is an unpaid internship to start over a period of preferably 3-6 months, after that, and if both parties would like to continue, there is the potential to move onto paid employment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our social media - LinkedIn & Instagram,

  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy,

  • Writing, editing and proofreading content for our website blog, LinkedIn, and our own app,

  • Developing graphics to be used on our website and social media,

  • Build a following on social media, and engagement on our app.

  • There will also be the opportunity to get involved in Business Development and other areas of the Business if you would like to.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Understanding and experience with managing company social media accounts.

  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.

Details:

  1. Location - Flexible - the founding team are in Stockholm (Sweden) but we are building a remote-first organisation

  2. Length - Minimum 2 months, ideally 4-6 months

  3. Start date - Ideally ASAP but we can discuss

  4. Pay - Unpaid internship, potential to move onto paid employment

  5. Benefits - Ability to grow with a new company, constant mentorship from the Founders, references for future jobs

About Us

We are building a learning experience platform that allows individuals and companies to have a new way to structure learning and validate knowledge in a more accurate way. We are onboarding our first paying customers onto our app now and will be constantly iterating our stack throughout the summer and beyond.

We are a team of 3 co-founders based out of Stockholm and are now joined by 4 other fantastic team members (some remote, some in Stockholm), we are now looking for a Content Manager to support our CEO and COO to achieve our ambitious growth plans for 2021.
