Our company does both: producing our own events with the entrepreneurial theme and organizing events for other companies. We have successfully kicked off our business by organizing monthly speed networking events, which has brought us a lot of visibility in Finland.
We are currently focusing on developing our own events and organizing online events for clients in Finland and the USA. Due to the continuously growing scope of work, we want to expand our team and find a new team member and a friend:)
We are looking for a person with sales and business development skills.
Your previous experience doesn't matter as long as you are eager to learn and try out different methods for achieving the results, have creative and problem-solving thinking, and are not afraid of facing challenges.
We need help with sales tasks, including:
event partner outreach and onboarding
identification of new potential partnerships and B2B customers
presentation, promotion, and selling of B2B event services to existing and prospective customers
coordination of sales tasks with the rest of the founding team
creation and maintenance of the reports on the sales activity, partnership and customer databases
account management
suggestion and development of growth strategies
constant advancement within your own field
