RATOONG is a start-up - to some degree we are very early stage when it comes to the . We have build a kind of tripadvisor for skiers and snowboarders. We aim to become the leading platform within the ski community of approx. 130 mill users. We were funded by InnoBooster in 2017. Today we have a live platform on both web and app. More than 16.000 ratings have been done by users around the globe.

As a Sales Specialist, you need to be passionate about skiing or snowboarding - but you also need to love sales and reaching out to potential partners! Come join us for a 3 months internship - this is how we all started. (It can convert into a paid position when we have raised funding!
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Sales Specialist that speaks one or more of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, French, German or Italian. You need to have experience from sales, preferable business to business sales, or partner sales. From your experience, you have learned how to reach your targets, build your pipeline, get meetings in the calendar and close the deals. Now you would like to utilize this to help our less experienced sales team. You need to be competitive, structured, and result-oriented.
You must be fluent in English both spoken and written.
Your tasks
In the next 3 months, we are on a user growth rocket. We need to go from "few" to MANY users each month exceeding last month by far, creating a long-lasting hockey stick.
To make this happen we have several activities going on. But we need support on one very important part of our strategy - to grow the number of partner ski resorts. But why?
The Ratoong platform is a user-driven platform collecting ratings from users on ski resorts. We provide these data almost for free (there is a small setup fee) to the ski resorts and in return, they run activities to get as many of their guests to rate their resort on Ratoong and thus creating ratings and users for us.
You will be working with both the strategic aspects of business development, over the creation of the partner concept, but also with very operational tasks like sales and service calls with ski resorts, creating sales-oriented emails, securing any new partner gets all relevant information from us in time and that you are there for them whenever they need you.
You need to be very strong in reaching out to clients, but also very structured with a strong focus on deadlines and happy clients. You understand the value of data - of course after a good introduction from us - and you have a strong business understanding.
What are the future perspectives?
If you are the 3 months are happy with the position - and we are happy with you - then we will build a plan where you gain a very decent part of the sales you execute and over time you can become part of the owners.

Almost all in our team have a passion for skiing/snowboarding and we would love you to be the same because it makes it easier to talk to the ski resorts and their people - typically CEO's, CMO's or COO's.
Our team is a smaller global team with most of the team members based around Copenhagen. We constantly work - individually or as a team - for the same goal: To create the best platform for skiers around the globe.
