LEARNLET was built to help professionals achieve more in their careers, and everyday +3000 people use our products to learn, discover and gain insights. We are "Netflix of learning" and transform physical courses to online courses through innovative method and technology.

We are looking for a flexible learning professional to both create and deliver training programs. In this role you will work closely with our founder, learning specialist and video producer, to design online learning programs for hospitality and retail sector.

Primary Responsibilities

Content - Design highly engaging courses and onboarding programs, scan the market for educators. You will have access to several tools including Zoom, Office Suite and own LMS platform.

Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain trusted partnerships

Delivery - Design and deliver training programs in video as self-paced learning format, identify and define success metrics for this program and do evaluations.

Basic Qualifications

• Familiarity with managing courses and learners in a Learning Management Systems

• Delivering training with a combination of both in person or virtual instruction

• Experience with a variety of learning tools to create the learning content

• Effective and professional communication skills

• Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to deliver effective training

• Capable of analyzing and producing content through the eyes of a learner

• Able to organize and prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines.
