As a Core Product Designer, you’ll be working on the mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web interfaces for Be My Eyes Manager & Agent apps. You will maintain and further develop our website (built in Webflow). You will be improving existing features, designing something totally brand new, or rethinking existing UX/UI. Here are some things we’ve worked on recently to give you a sense of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
Created novel multi-step onboarding and training flows to help new users learn how Be My Eyes works.
Built an interface for our app installer so people can easily integrate Be My Eyes and onboard their team.
Extracted actionable insights from a research study and prototyped many different variations of app Home Screen UI for the blind users, to make it as clear and simple as possible.
Improved color contrast on buttons in dark mode, after hearing bug reports from customers and our Support team.
Updated our Newsletter email template to include new content and podcasts section.
Designed and implemented new registration pages for podcast sweepstakes campaign on our website.
