Who are we? SustainLab is a value-driven start-up founded by professionals in sustainability and computer science. Our mission is to accelerate change for better business - better planet.

We are now looking to expand our team with an motivated Chief Commercial Officer who is excited to join a company at an early stage, wants loads of responsibility and freedom to operate, and is ready to open doors and close deals.

Here are some things we need help with As we are an early-stage start-up, there is loads of flexibility to create a role you love. However, we’re looking for someone who wants to take on the challenge to be accountable for the commercial part of the business, including:

●      Design, implement and execute sales, marketing and communication processes in close collaboration with the founding team

●      Be the driving force for new commercial initiatives and business development

●      Approach new clients and partners and create new business opportunities

●      Build and manage the commercial team and be part of the daily business operations

●      Continuously update the budget and financial plan

What we’re looking for The CCO we’re looking for has a genuine passion for sustainability and really wants to create impact for our clients, our company and beyond.

●      You have a commercial background with profound knowledge of B2B marketing, direct sales, sales and channel management, developing pricing strategies and key account management

●      You are a people person with strong communication skills and feel comfortable when you approach people via email, phone and face-to-face

●      You have a strategic mind-set but are even stronger when it comes to taking action and you understand the importance of execution

●      You want to co-create the inclusive, agile and impact driven culture of our company as we grow

●      You’re proficient in Swedish and English

About SustainLab

SustainLab was founded in Antler’s startup program in February 2020. We’re a small team building a SaaS platform to handle the manual work to gather, process, and understand companies’ sustainability data automatically. The first version of the product is developed, and the first customers onboarded. We’re currently supported by KTH Innovation where startup projects receive extensive support from inhouse Business Development Coaches as well as additional support such as proof-of-concept funding, access to industry, mentor and investor networks.
