We are now looking for an Account Executive to accelerate our growth, especially in the Nordics region. AE role is one of the key components in the company's growth. While you will be helping us to bring new customers onboard, you will be helping our business partners grow.
As our AE, you will be
closing the Enterprise level deals
running outbound Sales campaigns to find new clients and partners
orchestrating the Account-Based Selling playbook together with Sales and Marketing
demonstrating AddSearch’s capabilities to our potential Enterprise customers
nurturing our existing customers and partners to be successful with their projects
researching the target Accounts and personas
making communication plans to land on the target accounts and executing the plan
To succeed as our AE, we expect you
Have 2+ years of experience in closing deals
have prior experience in BDR/SDR role(s)
are familiar with the common Sales methodologies
are comfortable with executing outbound sales approaches
have the ambition to succeed in a goal-oriented environment
are creative person to experiment with different Sales tactics and messages
are a curious person who is eager to learn new things constantly
have good organization and analytical skills
have a strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude
have strong oral and written communication skills in English
have native-level Finnish language skills. And having Swedish language skills is a plus.
have experience working with data, reporting and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is a plus
have the ability to work in a fast-paced self-directed environment
