You’ll join a diverse, cross functional team consisting of an incredible Product Manager, a highly experienced Engineering Lead and talented Engineering team – all driven by the passion to deliver more value to users and level up our core product.
As a UX Designer we're pretty sure you'll soon know our users inside out and are able to think easily through our complex scenarios while keeping the potential implications in mind.
What you'll do:
Identify user needs by owning the discovery process and synthesise findings to align them across the team and the broader company
Design intuitive solutions from start to finish, iterate on existing functionality and participate in all phases of design, from definition to development and optimisation
Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by the user research you conduct, market needs based on insights, and business goals
Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation
Collaborate regularly with engineers, product managers and other designers to ship high-quality and cohesive experiences
Pro-actively identify potential pain points and advocate for a better UX inside the product (Yes we do iterate on things! 🙂)
What we're looking for:
A UX Designer with a strong focus on the discovery process and a minimum of 3 years of experience
The passion for identifying the real user needs, defining clear solutions, validating them with our users and delivering those through design
The flexibility to design in low and high fidelity and choose the most efficient and responsible process for the job at hand
The ability to integrate feedback, validate, and iterate on our products while advocating for our users and customers
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills — you’ll be collaborating with others and help us form the future tone of voice in our products
We'd totally geek out if you:
Have a proficiency in design and prototyping tools and familiarity with development
Are geeking out about challenging, shaping, and implementing our current design processes and frameworks – from Personas to User Journeys all the way to our Design System
Have a proven track record of successfully pushing products from being functional to being loved by users
Can think out of the box and shape solutions which will inspire other teams, customers and ultimately our users
Like to bring in your opinions (we LOVE opinions), thoughts and plans for refining our workflows. We're currently running on ProductBoard, Notion, Whimsical and Figma
Salary Band: 55.000€ to 72.000€ based on experience level
