We are seeking a driven Director of Business Development to develop Goodiebox through long-term projects with a strategic & commercial focus. The two main areas of responsibility will be: 

1. Strategic Projects (including New Revenue Streams/Innovation)

2. Commercial & Optimization Projects

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and evaluate projects with focus on creating new revenue streams and innovation

• Identify and scope projects that will help streamline and optimize Goodiebox internally

• Ensure that the projects are staffed accordingly and that the right competences from other teams are involved at the right time

• Establish, maintain, develop and analyze member/customer insights together with our Business Intelligence team

• Assume overall responsibility for the quality and timeline for projects running in Business Development

• Be a sparring partner to the C-level and other key stakeholders in terms of defining and implementing strategic projects

• Manage and develop team members 4-7 ambitious employees with various skills, seniority and backgrounds

Requirements: 

• 5-7 years of Business Development experience 

• Masters Degree in related discipline

• Strong strategic and commercial understanding 

• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

• A data driven and number savvy mindset 

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in working in a international environment

• Ability to manage and coordinate demanding and critical cross-team strategies effectively
