What we're looking for

As a Tech Lead you would be responsible for the implementation and operation of the overall architecture and building a cloud platform. This is a unique opportunity to take your developer skills to the next level and career possibilities that follow.

Together with our CTO, Emanuel, you will be coached and trained to build a platform from scratch. Being part of a start-up is fast-paced and full of constant change, and if you're prepared to learn we are prepared to give you the tools and guidance to transform the current prototype into a full scale platform with potential to scale up as the product grows.

This is an unpaid internship to start over a period of preferably 3-6 months, after that, and if both parties would like to continue, there is the potential to move onto paid employment.

Requirements

Our current stack is: React Native, AWS, and Google Cloud so experience in any of those would be ideal.

The platform is built on microservice architecture which means that it’s good, but not required, if you're familiar with API gateways, load balancing and other cloud techniques. We would like for you to be experienced with React, NodeJS, Python and GO; but ultimately, we want to get the right person into our team.

Details:

1. Location - Flexible - the founding team are in Stockholm (Sweden) but we are building a remote-first organisation

2. Length - Minimum 3 months, ideally 4-6 months

3. Start date - ASAP but we can discuss

4. Pay - Unpaid internship, potential to move onto paid employment

Who we are

We are building a learning experience platform that allows individuals and companies to have a new, more accurate, way to structure their learning and validate their knowledge. We are onboarding our first paying customers onto our app now and will be constantly iterating our stack throughout the summer and beyond.

We are a team of 3 co-founders based out of Stockholm and are now joined by 4 other fantastic team members (some remote, some in Stockholm), we are now looking for a Tech Lead to support our CTO to achieve our ambitious growth plans for 2021.
