Kisi is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to streamline our customer processes and enable them through marketing content. This person will initially focus on our priority sales channel (resellers) with the goal of increasing the amount of partners and referred projects from resellers.
Develop a deep understanding of our audience and accounts and analyze what content is needed to drive conversions
Own the partnership resources: Create and manage content campaigns based on funnel stages
Work with our sales and success reps to understand key areas of improvement in funnel conversion
Develop activation campaigns to reach new partners or lead categories with our marketing toolset including email automation, webinars and others.
Build and own the onboarding process
Analyze related categories and best practices in the market and identify potential partner technologies as well as validate ideas for new product or content opportunities. Summarize analysis in report slides and present to different internal teams.
Ideally 2+ years job experience in marketing, training or strategy
Able to navigate uncharted territory- comfortable with building a process as well as dealing with changing company processes (previous work in start-ups would be beneficial)
Technical understanding in order to convert product knowledge into enablement material
