At Picadon we unlock rental deposits and turn them into sustainable benefits for tenants that they can use while they are in rent. These benefits can be everything from the rent of electric cars, monthly healthy boxes with food delivered to your door, or investments in solar panels.

We are looking for a kickass UX/UI freelance designer with knowledge of Figma and with visionary thoughts and the capability to dream - big!

What will you do? A lot...

• Create, improve and communicate wireframes/mockups, prototypes, style guides, user flows, user stories, user journeys, and mockups

• Create and improve visual content (graphics, images, video)for use within social media, web, and other digital and non-digital platforms and channels

• Own the company website- make it a wonderful digital-place-to-be

• Present and evangelize your design decisions, based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

• Facilitate and participate in user-testing

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Your qualifications:

• Experience in using Figma is a requirement for this position

• UI/UX design experience coupled with a flair for all things visual

• Knowledge and experience in WordPress (Elementor a plus)

• A grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping

• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

• Original and interesting portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
