Country Manager - Sweden

As we set out to further expand Tise, we are looking for a creative and ambitious person to join our team as Country Manager in Sweden! You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a commercial mindset and a lifelong dream of working in a company that shares your passion for making a positive impact on the planet.

In the position as Country Manager you will drive the market strategy for Sweden and the daily operations. You will be responsible for the deliveries of the Swedish marketing team and the driving force behind new and creative ways to take Tise to the next level in the Swedish market. Due to your strategic importance, you will report directly to both the CMO and the CEO.

What are your responsibilities?

• Submit ambitious campaign plans for Tise Sweden, and lead the projects successfully

• Work with the other Country Managers and the CMO on the global marketing strategy in Tise 

• Develop and execute the strategy for scaling and marketing activities

• Making sure the Swedish team is delivering on goals and budgets 

• Operational responsibility for Tise Sweden

• Lead and develop a winning team in Sweden (the team now counts 3 people)

• You have great leadership skills and are an excellent communicator

What are your qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus

• Experience from similar roles and responsibilities, preferably within either project management, management consulting or as a marketing manager

• Swedish and English speaking
