About Klimato
Using carbon footprint data, we are building products to help companies track and mitigate their carbon footprint. Our current product is a web application which enables companies in the food industry to calculate and label the carbon footprint of their food, set reduction goals and follow their progress through monthly climate reports.
About The Job
You will be joining a small, but enthusiastic sales team of four people, ready to take Klimato to the next level. You will also be cross-collaborating with other teams such as marketing and product team to create optimal solutions and processes for our growth and customers. We are a fast-pace growing startup, and are looking for a proactive and self-going sales manager to help us scale.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager at Klimato you will be responsible for prospecting and finding new customers, book and execute sales meetings, perform product demos, onboard new customers and ensure their success in implementing Klimato’s carbon footprint tracking software. In addition, you will also assist in finding and initiating collaborations with potential third-party vendors/partners as well as developing and executing overall sales strategies.
Required qualifications and experience
At least 2 years experience from sales processes, ideally from a B2B SaaS company
Solid knowledge about the whole sales cycle (i.e prospecting, booking meetings, customer conversion, onboarding and customer success)
Perfect written and spoken English and Swedish
Experience in partnership sales
Proven track record of meeting business goals, both as an individual and as a team.
Interest in sustainability and solutions for climate change
Experience with CRM systems like pipedrive, hubspot etc
Preferred qualifications and experience
Start-up experience
Experience from enterprise sales
Knowledge of sales of technical services (e.g integrations)
Know-how about the restaurant and food industry
Written and spoken French, German or Dutch
Experience from internationalizing to new markets
Experience collaborating with marketing team about lead generation and online conversion tracking
