Cloudpro has developed a platform that enables productions to collect data from a variety of sensors, automate processes and use intelligent solutions to improve quality, production outcome and saves valuable time.
To achieve our next goal - Seeding, we need someone to make sure we have a product that customers would love to buy: Our Chief Sales Officer.
We are looking for a passionate commercial person to join our founding management team, and be our most senior sales decision maker, responsible for selling the product, leading the sales aspect of the business, and hiring and managing the sales Team.
As a Co-Founder and CSO, you will get to:
Own key Sales decisions and work with other co-founders to scale up the company
Develop the sales strategy and roadmap which will then be used to scale the business
Take responsibility for the sales and delivery of our innovative product and help scale it to a truly world class product
Work alongside and manage the relationship with other sales channels to help build several sales streams
Hire, manage and set the culture of a team of sales hunters and AM's
Have exposure to fundraising campaigns to help sponsor the business’s capitalization requirements
Requirements:
Experienced in selling B2B products, ideally on a diverse set of sales background
Demonstrated track-record of delivering consistent sales results
Built and led a sales team before and comfortable being responsible for the welfare and development of other sales people
8+ yrs hands on experience in selling technology products to non-technical businesses
Good working knowledge of sales metrics
Engaged in the business development process in prior roles and has previously delivered and managed a sales roadmap with competing customer & user requirements
