As HR Manager you will be in charge of setting employees in the organization up for doing their best work in a way that scales, it requires a broad skillset. You need to understand leadership at all levels, a bit of marketing and PR skills in order to understand employer branding, you need to have a strategic mind in order to assist in resource planning, you need to be a coordinator and structured in order to coordinate the company-wide onboarding, and you need to understand business needs and be able to plan accordingly to them.
You will be reporting directly to our COO, and you will be the primary engine in anything people.
What you'll do:
Own talent acquisition
Own and improve our hiring process
Own and improve pre- and onboarding processes
Own Reboarding processes
Own Offboarding processes
Own employer branding efforts
Own employee training efforts
HR admin tasks
Be the employees trusted / confidential colleague
The ideal candidate:
Are motivated by creating structure and processes for scalability
Are a people person
Has 3+ years of HR or middle management experience
Are a great communicator and fluent in English both written and spoken.
