Role and job description

• Design and support air intake exterior noise group primarily and oversee air filters, air purifiers and piping.

• Lead mechanical design engineering in a technical team. Have on holistic view on deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release. Spread knowledge and develop competence within the team.

• Lead a defined area of technical expertise, with moderate technical complexity.

• Develop and manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history.

Role requirement:

• Experience in designing complex surface parts

• Knowledge in Creo (min 2 years)

• Atleast 2 years experience in creo, pdmlink, kola, Volvo systems (advantage)

• Experience in designing noise encapsulation

• Knowledge in plastic and fiber material

• Volvo systems knowledge (min 2 years)
