Minnity wants people in need of care to be able to live dignified and meaningful lives. That's why we help caregivers better understand people they care about - through their smartphone. We are an early-stage startup, with the solution launched in Swedish and French markets and continue developing our product.

We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager who can contribute to growing the company in the right direction. You will work directly with the founders and actively shape the creation and development of a startup that will positively impact the lives of thousands elderly people, their relatives and formal caregivers.

You will thrive at this job if you:

• Have prior experience in B2B marketing

• Are fluent in communication in Swedish and English (French is a plus)

• Are creative and have a good understanding of the impact of words and pictures

• Are proactive and self-organized

• Have a good understanding of challenges in elderly care

• Want to use your abilities to create social impact

Responsibilities: 

• Creatively maintain communication with B2B customers and stakeholders through social media channels (mostly LinkedIn) to increase brand recognition and generate leads

• Manage content creation for Minnity’s website

• Create content for marketing, including images and text, compliant with Minnity’s brand values

• Analyze audience engagement with the marketing and communication content

• Collaborate with other team members in a clear and timely manner

• Support us in our business operations, especially in sales and marketing

What we offer:

• Part-time paid employment of ca. 8 hours a week (20%), starting in May. Both employment and a consultant agreement are an option
