For our head office in Copenhagen, we are seeking a proactive product manager to manage the hardware products in the company, ensuring high quality and overseeing cooperation with outside stakeholders as well as collaborating with our head of product.

You will become part of a dynamic team and work closely with those responsible for product development, marketing and sales.  

Your primary activities:

• Evaluate and give advice on the quality and standards on our existing products.

• Manage product development of new hardware products.

• Work closely with our Scrum Master.

• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.

• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.

• Work closely with Product Management, Scrum Master, Sales and Customers to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value gain.

• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

• Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

• Communicate with stakeholders and manage customer expectations.

You:

• BA/MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field

• Knowledge of Agile process and principles

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Extensive knowledge about hardware product development

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge within the fields of production and supply chain

• Attention to detail

• Dedicated to learning and growing

• Ambition to become the best product owner in the world and build the best product in the world inside the boating industry
