We are a small but fast-growing software company who - through consumer-inspired products - makes retail execution and communication (yeah yeah, sounds dry, but hold on) delightful and simple. We’re looking for a skilled digital designer who can join our vision of making the daily workday for employees in global retail companies a joyful experience with fewer barriers and complexity.
It’s Monday, and your day as a digital designer starts with a weekly standup meeting with the Product Team. Here we will discuss our tasks, the bigger goals, and what we should prioritize. Some days you’ll help the Product Team with smaller UI adjustments. Other times you’ll work on bigger and more complex design tasks, iterations, research, prototypes, or user testing. After the meeting, you’ll book some time for no interruptions, deep work. Later in the week, you’ll meet with the marketing responsible, who you’ll help develop beautiful material for a LinkedIn campaign. Some days you’ll get interrupted by the sales team who has just landed a big opportunity - and what they need is exactly your visual skills to make a gorgeous sales pitch deck. The next morning one of our frontend developers reaches out to you with a few questions on the UI design you handed off last week. You spend the next hour on a few ideas you just got for our branding, and then you finish off the week by attending the weekly Demo call. Here the developers will present how they improved the product based on your input.
