As a Growth Marketer at The F Company, you will start by managing projects for our B2B clients, supported by one of our Senior Growth Marketers. We will give you the necessary skills to lead digital projects on your own, and develop you into one of the best digital marketing consultants in Finland. Are you in?
Your new role
In this position, your job will be managing our client project teams, from strategy to execution. You will dive deep into B2B clients’ businesses from day one, and find ways to turn marketing into a revenue driver. This is your new role in a nutshell:
💛 You’ll plan, run, and develop growth marketing projects for our ambitious B2B clients with the support of our Senior Growth Marketers. Within 6 months you will start leading your own projects
💛 You’ll develop and continuously improve clients’ digital marketing performance in close collaboration with our specialists in e.g. copywriting, graphic design, and performance marketing
💛 You’ll use our agile digital marketing model to run the daily marketing operations of your clients through e.g. researching, analyzing data, running meetings, and reporting results
💛 You’ll advance your knowledge and digital marketing skills through continuous learning and proactivity
Our expectations
We want to support you in your new role as well as we can. For you to succeed in this role, you should:
🔥 Have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
🔥 Have a good understanding of different areas in digital marketing, e.g., content creation, analytics, and paid marketing
🔥 Have good communication skills, since your role is heavily based on teamwork and client communications
🔥 Have the ambition to become a successful digital marketing consultant
🔥 Are fluent in English and Finnish
