InovoTech is looking for a UX Designer for a leading Marketing Data and Analytics Company in Stockholm.

 Assignment Description

You will be part of our newly started design team. You will work in close collaboration with product management, developers, and of course our customers. Here you get the chance to, from the ground up and together with your team, set up methods, processes and tools for how we work with design at the client.

This is what we're looking for

We think you have worked as a UX designer for a few years and have a wide range of tools and methods. You are expected to share your knowledge and capture opportunities for learning and innovation. You have an agile mindset in how you work and reason. You value iterating ideas and concepts together with your team and customers. You are coaching in your own way and genuinely enjoy teaching design to non-designers. 

This may be you:

• You have worked as a UX designer for at least 5 years.

• Generous with your knowledge and enjoys teaching what you can to others.

• Believes wholeheartedly that the team is more than the sum of its members.

• Something of a generalist. You are just as comfortable with facilitating workshops, developing customer journeys, leading usage tests as drawing UI designs and doing in-depth interviews and developing methods and processes.

• Ingenious, creative and innovative.
