Food is social. We cook and eat together, share food stories, recipes and our love for food with each other. But the food we eat is also the single largest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions globally. Foodnest’s mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable eating by building a social network for food and cooking that brings people together while nudging us all towards more climate friendly choices.

9 months ago Foodnest was just an idea. Since then we’ve build a network of great advisors, raised money, build a woking prototype and have acquired our first real users. Now is when the fun starts.

Going forward we will need to

• Obsess about the product to get love from our users and stickiness

• Develop models that can measure the impact of user choices

• Sign influencers and build an powerful user acquisition model

• Build a brand that relays our mission

• Gather a world class team

In order to succeed Foodnest needs another Co-Founder who can be in charge of Growth. Everything from Marketing, Branding and Analytics to Influencer relations, PR, and Social media marketing. 

Someone who:

• Loves food and cooking and shares our passion for the transition to a greener future.

• Can work hard for way less compensation than they deserve (until Foodnest takes off)

• Share our values of curiosity, courage, determination, selflessness, humor and grit

• Has experience with mobile app growth and data driven user acquisition.

• Has done one or two successful growth journeys with startups or scale-ups.

• Is a people person who is easy to work with and can inspire people to come on board regardless of if it’s in Sales, Fundraising, Recruiting or Partnerships.
