A bit about you
The ideal candidate is high-energy, experienced with web-based technologies and mobile applications, passionate about helping customers, and excels in communication via phone and email. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. A collaborative approach is key as this role is expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall onboarding process.
The role and tasks
As a Consumer Insights specialist, you will be responsible for building surveys, analyzing results, and preparing presentations for use in business decisions. It is a newly created position, and you must be able to work independently and have a solid experience that allows you to contribute with new approaches, methods, and understanding. In close collaboration with the CCSO, you must plan and prioritize the effort and uncover the functions from which the insights will provide the greatest value. You will therefore enter into many relationships across the organization.
Your primary tasks will therefore consist of, among other things:
Support strategic decisions with an analytical assessment of our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from a customer perspective
Provide analytical sparring about the influence of different actions on the customer experience
Connect and optimize the customer experience across channels and platforms now and in the future in collaboration with relevant colleagues
Conduct qualitative as well as quantitative customer surveys, process data, and present them to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Contribute to the development of a customer-centric culture, including the use and understanding of Design Thinking
Continuous development of reports on customer insights
Qualify hypotheses across the organization and assist in confirming or refuting them based on customer analysis
Your profile
You must have experience from a similar job
Educated in media science or anthropology with a strong method toolbox
Analytically strong with great business understanding
Used CRM and other tools and systems to monitor the customer experience
Strong and confident communicator in English who can present numbers and insights in an interesting, simple, and constructive way that enhances the decision-making process
Powerful project manager with analytical skills who manages to turn insights into opportunities.
