Rokoko is a rapidly growing tech startup providing motion capture and animation tools for the global entertainment industry. Our customers include global top-tier game, film, AR/VR, and VFX producers as well as thousands of indie creators making unique content all over the world.
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help us meet the demand of our growing customer base and provide exceptional customer experiences. In the role, you will join our Customer Success team in Copenhagen and report directly to the Head of Customer Success & Support. The ideal candidate will have been exposed to implementing customer success initiatives and strategies throughout the different phases of the customer journey. The role requires someone with strong communication skills to represent the voice of the customer internally while being the face of Rokoko externally. As the team evolves, this role will open exciting opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities. Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of customer communication and report directly to Head of Customer Success & Support.
Build and strengthen relationships through continued delivery of value to our customers.
Understand customer needs throughout the customer journey and be the voice of the customer internally in Rokoko.
Implement customer success automation and best practice programs.
Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams including Growth and Product Development to respond to current and emerging needs.
Contribute to the evolution of Customer Success by highlighting areas, where improvements will benefit our customers or improve their overall experience.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role, preferably relationship management.
Experience with sales or customer service.
Passion for interacting with people and building relationships with your customers.
Ability to empathise with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues.
Team player that can follow and lead as the situations dictate.
Excellent and proven communication skills (internal and external).
Fluent in English language both written and oral.
A plus if you have….
Experience in a scale-up company (SaaS and/or hardware).
Experience with CRM and/or Customer Support management software e.g. Hubspot or similar.
Passion for trends and development in tech or film/game industries.
Experience with motion capture or animation hardware and software.
