As a Support Engineer, you not only provide support to our users, you also participate in challenging internal IT projects, in collaboration with some of the most talented colleagues in the field.
Your tasks and challenges
As part of Customer Success, you are part of a team where you get experienced colleagues who, together with you, support our users. We ensure that you are challenged every day and have good development opportunities, both professionally and personally. You will quickly need to familiarize yourself with new processes and new technical solutions. The learning curve at Monta will be steep, and it is crucial that you are driven to learn new things. As a Support Engineer, you will, among other things:
You will provide support on our entire mobile application and all our hardware integrations. Furthermore, you will support and operate our existing stack based on a wide range of technologies. In general, you need to be service-minded, a team player and be driven to help users and follow their issues right to the door.
Your background
Do you take pride in always meeting the end-users with empathy, understanding, and high service? Then this is what we are looking for! You are accommodating by nature, and thrive in an outgoing role with a large interface and a wide range of tasks.
In addition, we imagine that you:
Have a degree in IT support or computer technician
Have a few years of relevant experience with IT support
Fluent in English in writing and speaking, so you can communicate smoothly with suppliers and national as well as international colleagues
As a person, you are structured, thorough, responsible, and flexible. You take full ownership of your tasks, are extremely service-minded, and understand the importance of supporting the business and the team you work in positively and constructively. You can work independently and proactively based on an overall framework. You will be associated with our office in Copenhagen, but we expect as much as 50% of your work to be done from home.
