My name is Erik and I´m the founder of Sellify. Right now, I´m looking for an experienced sales manager/head of sales to join me in creating the most awesome sales community, the World Sales Forum.

Together, we will embark on building a world-class sales community. We will do so by creating the go-to conference for passionate salespeople. This will be your main focus and ultimate responsibility. While I will assist in the sales process, I will simultaneously focus on building a content universe and online sales training platform. To complement the physical meetings. To accomplish all of this, I´m looking for someone who can:

-       Execute on their own ideas, take responsibility, and be responsible

-       Talk to C-level executives, like they are peers

-       Cold call and kick doors down while being professional and curious

-       Take great pride in exceeding sales quota

-       Coach high-performing teams, oh, and hire them as well

The role is ultimately responsible for filling up and retaining members in the world sales forum. You can read more about it here:

Your background is less important to me though I believe that your personality and motivation will be determining factors for if you will succeed in this role and with this responsibility. However, I think that you might have:

-       5 years of inside sales experience

-       Used to working towards the C-suite

-       Team-leader experience

-       International and global mindset

-       A can-do attitude

This is a paid position! The first one in Sellify. However, we are still a start-up and therefore, one part of the salary will be options to buy shares in the company.
