Sales Development Representative - UK (Based in London)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales team in the UK. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities in UK by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you might have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, cold calling prospects and meeting sales quotas. You will use your strong communication skills and drive to cultivate strong relationships with customers. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.



  • Proactively research and build pipeline of potential new business opportunities in key customer segments in UK

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media platforms etc.

  • Identify potential client needs and requirements from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business

  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and Tame's Account Executives

  • Work in a close collaboration with the rest of the commercial team to drive Tame to great success


  • You are a people person. You love to communicate with all sorts of people, while staying positive, determined and keeping a high drive

  • You like building relationships, asking the right questions, and helping people solve their problems with Tame's solution

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Cold calling or other outbound sales experience is an advantage

  • Exceptional ability to organise work and tasks

  • Experience working with or similar CRM is a plus

  • Familiarity with different qualification and sales techniques

  • Native written and spoken English skills, any other languages are a plus
