Head of Sales @Hollbium

“The world pollution is growing while agriculture affects climate change and vis versa. We need to find new ways of bringing food production to the consumer without transportation, packaging, pesticides and waste. By integrating hydroponics into our daily environments on a broad scale, Hollbium will support increased self-sufficiency in food while optimizing the use of existing resources.”

Hollbium is an exciting startup  from Stockholm making sustainable indoor farming a natural part of any office interior or public space. We have launched our first product in late 2020 and we are now focusing on scaling up sales & partnerships.

About Product: Hollbium Loop transforms walls into sustainable farmland without taking up floor space. We grow greens with a hydroponic system and our customers enjoy the fresh and crisp veggies. Through minimalistic design, we’ve created an automated and self-sufficient solution that elevates the interior design of any space. Our circular and full service subscription model is a hassle free way for companies to create more sustainable and healthy office environments for their employees and tenants. Who: We’re looking for someone who helps us turning our brilliant product into revenue to scale up the business and take our passionate company to the next level. Short-term, the top priority will be to hands-on drive and perform sales. At the same time, you will lay the foundation for successful long-term sales, customer retention and growth of the company both locally and internationally


To succeed and compliment the team, we believe you’re

  • Excited about our vision to reshape the office landscape and drive the growth of the company from day one. 

  • have proven B2B sales experience: from creating a recurring sales pipeline from scratch to closing of deals 

  • Not afraid to pickup the phone and entertaining people on stage

  • Experienced in creating inbound and outbound sales strategies and eager to experiment with different pricing models

  • Have a hands-on mentality for executing your ideas

  • Passionate about sustainable development, food resilience and circularity

  • Fluent in Swedish

It is also a plus if you have:

  • a strong network within real estate and/or facility services sector

  • an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects 

Start: Immediately

Location: Stockholm (Kungsgatan 8) 

Compensation: Cofounder equity

Commitment: Full time
