Short-term, the top priority will be to hands-on drive and perform sales. have proven B2B sales experience: from creating a recurring sales pipeline from scratch to closing of deals
Not afraid to pickup the phone and entertaining people on stage
Experienced in creating inbound and outbound sales strategies and eager to experiment with different pricing models
Have a hands-on mentality for executing your ideas
Passionate about sustainable development, food resilience and circularity
Fluent in Swedish
It is also a plus if you have:
a strong network within real estate and/or facility services sector
an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects
