What You Do In This Role 

As a Customer Success Manager you will be a part of a goal-oriented sales team, operate closely with the clients and support our sales. The position requires systematicity and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. The daily tasks consist of proactively contacting clients in various different channels and a wide range of client-related administrative tasks; from product support to building new operating models.

Are you brave, hungry to learn and not afraid of fast pace and constantly changing situations? Treamer operates in the staffing service industry, so you should also be gregarious. In order to succeed as our new Customer Success Manager, you need to have exceptional verbal and written skills in Estonian as well as in English. Russian language knowledge is an advantage. You want to be in the front row of the change enabled by technology and you thrive when given the freedom and responsibility.

You should have acquired successful experience in fast-paced, multi-channel customer work with the orientation towards sales and results. Past experience in recruiting and human resources is a bonus.
