What You Do In This Role 

• Taking over Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)  

• Sales Meetings 

• Demos 

• Proposal creation 

• Piloting 

• After closing handover to Customer Success 

• Account management with selected customers 

• Explain the value of Tremer’s services to potential and current customers

What You Need In This Role

• Proven track-record in business sales 

• Interest in sales development, initiating outbound contacting and appointment making

• You get a kick out of knowing you are really helping businesses grow 

• Always willing to go an the extra mile and you do not give up easily

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident telephone manner

• Technical understanding of the digital sales and marketing landscape and tools

• Willingness to learn and already investing their knowledge

• Ambition and have a sales mentality 

• You are tech savvy and organised

• Able to work independently and within a team environment

• Previous experience working at a start-up is a bonus

• Native Estonian and fluency in English is a must 

• Experience working with Hubspot and speaking Russian language is a plus 

• Optimal age: 30+
