Who we are

Are you interested in working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment? We are a Finnish company with an international mindset: for us English is a must, Finnish is not a requirement.

Currently we are working on our main product Exolyt (https://exolyt.com). It started as a single experiment and grew into a service that has over one million monthly visitors. We offer paid analytical services to TikTok users all over the world, helping them to get a better understanding of their profiles and the content they post there.

Another ongoing experiment of ours is called Thalia (https://thalia.gg). It is an automated news channel based on CS:GO game results. We have more experimental ideas in the pool, which we might release later on.

Who we are looking for

We are now looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to help us with the increasing amount of technical requirements. You will be working in a team with our two Full Stack Developers.

For us “Full Stack Developer” means a person who is a self-starter and can work independently with all kinds of complex challenges. You should have real world experience from all sides of web development (frontend, backend, DevOps, etc.) at least some amount. We welcome you to join us also if your original professional background is elsewhere than web development.

Expected experience

You would be mainly working with our Exolyt product, developing new features in close collaboration with our pilot customers.

You should be somewhat familiar with our used technologies:

• Javascript as the coding language

• Eslint for code rules

• NextJS frontend + Vercel hosting

• Node.js backend

• AWS hosting

• Postgres

• MongoDB

• REST APIs

We also value (but do not require) experience in:

• Data analytics & statistics

• Working with big data amounts and/or data pipelines

• Graphic design

• UI / UX design (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)

• User interviews

• Customer support

• Business development
