About the team
You will be running the business development and customer success team at the heart of GameAnalytics. This key team will identify, qualify, and convert customers to the best analytics setup for their particular use case. You will work closely with the product team and cross-functional project leads to ensure that products & services go to market effectively and continue to grow. You will also ensure our users have access to industry-leading technical support, that is responsive, savvy, and delivers excellent customer experience.
What we are looking for
Hire and manage additional resources on the team to drive BD efforts, customer success, and technical support;
Drive efforts to meet revenue targets and growth KPIs;
Work with the team to manage customer and opportunity pipeline, and ensure business targets and growth KPIs are achieved across product lines;
Ensure our tool set for go-to-market and CRM (Salesforce) is streamlined enabling the business to track progress, and reach its goals;
Develop and implement go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies;
Work with our top studios and publishers to find business opportunities, and convert customers to new product lines;
Coach the team to drive the adoption of our services. Act as a ‘player coach’: willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute when necessary, always leading and coaching through your personal example;
Manage the BD & Customer Success budget, and ensure business priorities are met within the assigned time & resources
Attend training, seminars and workshops as and when deemed necessary.
Requirements
5-10 years experience in mobile gaming or the mobile advertising ecosystem
Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth
Demonstrated management and leadership abilities
Excellent technical understand and ability to work with mobile game developers and data engineers
Desirable
Experience working with Salesforce
Science degree, especially Computer Science or related
Multiple languages – e.g. French, Turkish, Russian, Mandarin, Spanish
