You've probably noticed Cleantech starting to boom over the past few years. With initiatives like the European Green Deal and new climate laws, this market will accelerate further during the coming decade.
What you might not know is that there's already a big shortage in Europe of qualified Cleantech installers to meet this demand. Also, the companies doing most of the sales and installations are small, old-school and not very productive.
Building up a bigger pool of qualified people to handle the demand takes years and years, so productivity in this industry needs to go up.
And that's where we come in! My awesome tech cofounder Agustinus and I met at the Antler VC accelerator program last Fall, and over the past 5 months, we have built a B2B SaaS platform and marketplace tailored to boost productivity in European residential Cleantech, a €13B industry.
In other words, we're on a mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy in homes around Europe.
After a few months of piloting with 30+ paying SMB customers and one Enterprise customer, our MVP is now launched. This means we're ready to put the pedal to the metal and roll out our product.
And that's where you come in.
In a role as C-something-O, you'll take full ownership over Sales and Customer Success. Given that we're still early on in our growth journey, you'll play a key part in shaping this company into the success we feel it will be.
Apart from having relevant experience in SaaS sales and Customer Success, you need to be driven like hell and a genuine people person. Given that we're two guys already (one Swede, one Indonesian), more diversity in terms of a female founder would be awesome. At the end of the day, however, we will partner with the best person for the team.
Culture. It's very important for us and will ultimately be shaped by the founding team's behavior over the coming years. So, as a starting point, you need to agree with what we feel is an important foundation:

First and foremost, we offer you a chance to be part of building a great and meaningful business from the ground up. This is what drives us.
In terms of money, we offer equity but no salary from the start. We've bootstrapped this far and are just now kicking off our first investment round. You should know we're not going the VC route. Being able to set the pace ourselves and maintain control over our trajectory is too important for us.
