Job description
Sales Manager, Finland is responsible for driving revenue by working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that targets are achieved. You will manage, execute & lead sales operations with the support of the management team.
Your ultimate goal in the role is to take ownership by leading and supporting the sales team’s growth. The key three activities are leading, measuring, and optimizing a repeatable sales process to target sales KPIs successfully.
We are seeking a self-starter that:
Deliver significant impact growth in line with the rapid expansion of the business
Create and execute a month-over-month growth targeting SMB organizations and healthcare distributors
Enjoy working in fast-paced teams where you can take the initiative and accountability, and generate results every day
Can smoothly communicate in English (or Finnish)
Have a willingness to travel domestically and internationally (when safe to do so)
Desired skills & proof of success:
Confident & energetic; professional and team-oriented sales approach
Result-driven & resilient; ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent listener. The ability to understand the pain points and bottlenecks and how Droppe together make things more customer-oriented
