We are looking for a piccoline / piccolo to help keep our office clean and organized 3-5 days a week. Your work will mainly consist of keeping the office neat and tidy, minor shopping for the office, and helping colleagues with smaller practical matters. The office is located on Ørestads Blvd in Copenhagen South. The job would start at the beginning of May.
The tasks include:
Ensuring the kitchen and other common areas are maintained in a professional manner
Purchasing office supplies and groceries as well as helping with catering needs
Collecting mail and packages
Various ad hoc tasks
We expect that you:
Have a structured, independent and proactive approach to tasks
Are organized and friendly
Enjoy doing practical tasks
Depending on your competencies, there will also be opportunity to help with tasks of a more professional nature.
The position is part-time and around 12-15 hours per week. Working hours are between 16.00 - 19.00, but the days and times are flexible and can be accommodated to your schedule.
