Rokoko is a rapidly growing tech startup providing motion capture and animation tools for the global entertainment industry. Our customers include global top-tier game, film, AR/VR, and VFX producers as well as thousands of indie creators making unique content all over the world.

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will help maintain a strong online presence for our company and implement our SoMe strategy, while delivering the best customer experience through social media. The ideal candidate is proficient across multiple social media channels, has great written communication skills in English, with a strong sense of empathy, and can drive exceptional customer service by helping customers who reach out to us through social media. This is a paid part-time position, ideal for a student or a young professional in search of an opportunity with high flexibility.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Monitor all key social media channels to ensure fast communication with our audience -providing friendly and fresh responses to all inquiries, and maintaining the brand voice while offering seamless and timely support.

• Review social media interactions to gauge sentiments surrounding our channels, highlighting re-occurring issues or trends.

• Monitor and report on growth, activity, and engagement to give insights to the rest of the growth team.

• Use social listening tools to report on the positioning in relation to our competitors and keeping abreast of the latest development of key social media tools, best practices, and emerging trends.

  
  

Requirements

• Understanding social media metrics and ability to use the information to ensure the social media strategy is in line with our goals.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English - You are skilled at conveying clear, tone-appropriate messages to a wide variety of users via many modalities.

• Strong language comprehension and understanding of "netiquettes" - You have an advanced ability to understand language nuances and tones online and you interact within different communities as if you were a member.

• Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry and/or 3D software tools is a plus.
